Need a winning idea for a business?  Steal it!  Yes, steal it-- but innovate.

Very few ideas are totally original-- they are usually combinations , improvements, and upgrades of old ideas.  This is true in many aspects of life: art, literature, science, and should be true in your business.

I often look at products, services, and businesses and ask myself, "How could this be better?  What would I do?"

Can it be done:

• Faster?
• Better?
• Cheaper?
• Bundled with something else?
• Adding an element?
• Removing and element?
• Timed differently?

There are many ways to approach finding a "new" idea, but this approach should help get you started.
